With twenty years of experience in the field of intellectual property, Mickaël has developed a recognized and diverse expertise. For eleven years, he served as Deputy Director of the Patent Department and Partner at a law firm. In this role, he was involved in more than a dozen patent litigation cases before French courts, including actions for invalidity and infringement.

 

Mickaël has extensive experience drafting patent applications and managing patent prosecution procedures in numerous countries. His litigation experience enables him to draft robust patents—both in terms of validity and scope—and to provide expert advice on freedom-to-operate opinions.

 

In addition, Mickaël has enriched his professional background with hands-on experience at an automotive supplier. This immersion has given him an understanding of the challenges and constraints associated with innovation within companies’ design offices, research centers, and intellectual property departments.
