Mickaël JEULAND

Partner - Industrial Property Attorney

With twenty years' experience in the field of industrial property, Mickaël has built up recognised and diversified expertise. For eleven years, he worked as deputy head of the patent department and partner in a law firm. This position enabled him to take part in more than a dozen patent litigations before the French courts, involving invalidity and infringement actions.

Mickaël has substantial experience of drafting patent applications and monitoring rights acquisition procedures in many countries. His litigation practice gives him the ability to draft robust patents, both in terms of validity and scope, and to offer sound advice on freedom-to-operate opinions.

Mickaël's career path was also enriched by work experience with an automotive equipment manufacturer. This immersion enabled him to understand the challenges and constraints associated with innovation in design offices, research centres and companies' industrial property departments.
