Hélène JOLLY

Industrial Property Attorney

Hélène is a patent attorney and a registered representative with the EUIPO. She has over 30 years of experience in intellectual property.

 

From the start of her career, she has specialized in trademark and design law. She also practices in the areas of copyright, domain names, and industrial property contracts in general.

 

She began her career in industry and later worked at a law firm. She then joined Cabinet Jolly in 1999 and led the firm until 2012, when Cabinet Jolly merged with Fedit-Loriot.

 

Hélène advises her clients on all aspects of managing their portfolios of trademarks, designs, and domain names, including both their registration strategy and the protection and enforcement of their rights. She also assists with dispute resolution, the negotiation and drafting of intellectual property agreements, and portfolio audits.

 

Its client base includes both large corporations and small and medium-sized businesses, as well as individual customers.
