Industrial Property Attorney

Fabienne is a recognized expert in intellectual property, with over 30 years of experience in the field. After beginning her career as a patent engineer at a Paris-based firm, she earned her qualifications as a Patent Attorney and a Professional Representative before the EPO.

 

She then held a senior consulting position at another firm before co-founding an IP practice in 2003. She subsequently served in a senior management role at a Paris-based firm with over 50 employees, where she led teams and managed complex cases with national and international scope. In 2025, she joined the firm Fedit-Loriot.

 

Fabienne assists with the drafting and maintenance of patents in France, Europe, and internationally, as well as with opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO, including oral proceedings. She also has extensive experience in litigation, license negotiations, and industrial designs.

– Registered agent with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
– Authorized representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC)
