Béatrice is an intellectual property professional with over 25 years of experience. She began her career in 1998 as a patent engineer at a Paris-based firm before joining the Jolly firm in 2001.

 

After becoming a Certified Industrial Property Attorney (CPI) in 2004 and a Professional Representative before the EPO in 2005, Béatrice has gained extensive experience in drafting patents, managing grant procedures in numerous countries, and handling opposition proceedings before the EPO and the INPI.

 

The firm serves major clients in the petrochemical, waste management, and power industries, while also providing personalized support to small and medium-sized businesses across a wide range of sectors. Its expertise ensures comprehensive, strategic protection for its clients’ innovations.
