Adeline Laukas is a Patent Attorney specializing in trademarks and designs, and a registered representative with the EUIPO. A lawyer by training, she has been working at intellectual property law firms since 2016.

 

She assists her clients at every stage of managing their intellectual property rights, particularly in the areas of trademarks, designs, domain names, and copyright. Her expertise spans prior art searches, registration procedures in France and internationally, litigation management, contract negotiations, as well as Internet-related disputes and customs monitoring.

 

Adeline holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from Sorbonne Paris Nord University, as well as a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and Design Law from Lumière Lyon II University. She applies her legal, technical, and strategic expertise to serve a diverse client base, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations, both in France and internationally.
