
Fabienne ORSINI
French Patent Attorney
Fabienne is a recognized expert in industrial property, with over 30 years of experience in the field. After starting her career as a patent engineer in a Paris-based firm, she obtained the qualifications of French Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney.
She then held a position as a senior attorney in another firm before co-founding, in 2003, a structure dedicated to intellectual property. She later served as Managing Director of a Parisian firm with more than 50 employees, where she led teams and handled complex cases with both national and international dimensions. In 2025, she joined the firm Fedit-Loriot.
Fabienne is involved in drafting and prosecuting patents in France, Europe, and internationally, as well as in opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO, including oral proceedings. She also has solid experience in litigation, license negotiations, and designs.
